Rennaisence The professionals of sweing created luxurious suits with brigth colors and shapes,
and gave great importance to sleeves, folds and fabric fall.
For the man it was used tight shorts, shirts, a type of over shirt and other accesories.
For the woman it was used a corsett that shaped the waist and raised the upper body

French Revolution The way of wearing clothes uniformed and men started to use long pants and short coats
and woman started wearing rounded skirts and shoulder coat.
The corsett was abandonded
and it was used long dresses inspired in ancient Greece.
The 19 century The coats started to look like the jacket we currently know. Pants were wider in the crotch area
and narrow going through the ankles.
The femenine fashion lowered the size of the waist and used wide sleeves,
shoulder pads and wide flight skirts.
It appear the icon of clothes designer and tailor that create trends, and the models to show clothes.
In addition, the sewing machine was create and the stiches.
1910 The 20 th century start with a lot changes in fashion, especially for woman.
The Industrial Revolution and the first world war caused impacts in fashion.
The most use garment was corset and the siluet was very showed.
1920 After the war, fashion show fun and liberty. It predomine loose dresses, short heels, hats, and fringe.
Corset were not use anymore and the hem goes above the anckle.
1930 The second world war change completly the direction of fashion. As men were going to fight,
woman took charge not only in thier houses, but also in buissness,
this led them into using pants.
The austerity and dark colors defined this period
1940 At the end of the war, woman wanted to return to glamour. Bright color and excess of fabrics came back.
The hem went below the knee.
1950 American consumism and the "ready to wear" started.
Pastel color, long skirts and leather jackets were used. Femeninity was an important symbol.
1960 Feminist movement and the "flower power" had a great impact in fashion, because from there
the miniskirt and explosion of colors were born. Flared pants and cotton fabric predomine
and clothes were creative and original.
1970 It was the disco epoch, it was used sintetic fabrics like lycra and shoes incorporated heels.
It was created de psicodelic look and the use of prints.
1980 It was the rebelion epoch inspired by disco. Houlderpads, leather, sequils stand out.
Moreover, jeans become an icon and not only workers used them but also the other people
1990 It the epoch of the super models and the grounge style.
The t-shirts and convers predomine and the look was messy and carelees.
2000 The pop culture and celebrities influence in the fashion.
Low waist skirst, pants, jeans and sequils were mostly used. It was the worst epoch of fashion.
2010 Fast fashion predomined as there are six mini collections instead two a year.
The massive production goes to onother level and increase.
2020 There are no so many changes. As at this point all clothes are already created so its search for
new materials or new creative ways.
In addition, vintage styles are coming back, for example flared pants and t-shirts with converse.
